In the context of group therapy, my role evolves from that of a traditional therapist to that of a facilitator.

I approach group therapy with a focus on guiding and facilitating the discussions that arise organically among group members. Central to this approach is the establishment of group norms that promote safety, respect, and confidentiality.

As the facilitator, I employ thought-provoking questions and prompts designed to stimulate meaningful dialogue and reflection. These questions serve as catalysts for group members to explore their experiences, emotions, and perspectives in depth. By encouraging open and honest communication, I create a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
